This tool operates entirely in your browser. We follow a strict privacy-first principle: your data never leaves your device because we never see it in the first place.

Because this utility runs completely client-side, we do not collect, store, or process any personal data. This includes:
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII) — No names, emails, or accounts.
- Usage Data — No logging of IP addresses, browser types, or device IDs.
- Input Data — Your conversion values are processed locally and never transmitted to any server.
- Analytics or Tracking — No cookies, no pixels, and no Google Analytics.
2. How the Tool Works
All calculations happen instantly in your browser memory using JavaScript. When you type a value, the conversion is performed locally with five-decimal-place precision. No data is sent over the network for processing.
3. Local Storage and Session Data
The tool uses temporary browser memory to facilitate live updates during your session. No persistent storage (like LocalStorage or IndexedDB) is used for tracking. Closing your tab clears all temporary data.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not integrate third-party services that collect user data. We use standard CDNs for styling (Bootstrap), which serve static files and do not track individual users on this site.
5. Global Compliance
By design, the REM to PX Converter is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other international privacy regulations because no personal data is ever collected or transferred.
