By accessing or using the Mbps ↔ MB/s Converter (the "Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

The Tool is a free, static, client-side web application that converts between Megabits per second (Mbps) and Megabytes per second (MB/s) using the exact factor of 8. All processing occurs in your browser. No account, login, or personal information is required.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Tool for personal, educational, or commercial reference purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Tool for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is publicly available
- Impersonate the Tool or misrepresent its output as official advice
- Embed or frame the Tool in a way that removes attribution or implies endorsement
4. Accuracy & Limitations
The Tool provides mathematical conversion (MB/s = Mbps / 8 and vice versa) rounded to five decimal places. Results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy for every possible input or real-world network condition. Factors such as protocol overhead, congestion, and hardware limitations affect actual transfer rates. Do not rely on the Tool as the sole basis for financial, contractual, or critical decisions.
5. No Warranty
The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use or inability to use the Tool.
6. Limitation of Liability

The design, code structure, and branding of the Tool are owned by the creator or licensed under open-source terms (check repository for license). You may fork, modify, or host your own copy in accordance with the license. Attribution to the original project is appreciated but not required for personal use.

The Tool may load assets from public CDNs (e.g., Bootstrap). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices of those services.
